"Unfair jobfares"

I am very unhappy with the treatment of some one I am representing at the moment,she was gave a job placement for 2 days in Zara,high street,dundee,was old she would have a payment for the days she worked.it was in conjunction with job center too so had to sign off her j.s.a which leaves her inbetween a rock and a hard place as she has no money for the most basic survival items needed for life itself to function at a normal capacity.I would like for this matter to be solved as quickly as possible.thanks for you're time reading this short story of how things are hard enough as it is without outer problems making it even harder..
