"Disappointed and Upset"

Very disappointed with this firm . After care was far from what I could ever call acceptable .

Mr Martin had little regard for me as a young widow and concentrated on the feelings of his parents over me - his wife .

Very hard to comprehend why he took this stance ? The only thing I can think of is that they have their funerals booked through him and obviously retaining future business is far more important than doing the correct thing and acting with morals .

I could never recommend this business.
