I had read some poor reviews for virgin media in Dundee. Obviously, they haven't dealt with Kenny in the Overgate store. He was polite and professional and handled my enquiry patiently and efficiently. He saved me a long journey from Fife to resolve my issues for which I am most grateful. Five Star service, well done!.
