"V6 Handset"

A review of Virgin Media by John milne written on Tuesday 6th of March 2018

I have just changed to the V6 system and can't understand why on new handset at the moment I have found the mute and volume button does not work. I have to use the old handset to use the volume and mute button. What's the point of that.
