"Very poor after sales service"

Despite many assurances,over 3 moths, that problems with bathroom they supplied would be rectified nothing has happened.

During this time 3 seperate people have asked if I would recommend JB Sexton to instal a bathroom and each time I have said definately no.

Getting to the point where I am considering getting in another company to sort out the problems - and sending the bill to them

Realy not happy with poor customer service provided so far.

Nothing seemed to be too much trouble until I fully paid the invoice.
