"Staff that don't read"

A review of Barclays Bank by Nina written on Wednesday 14th of January 2015

On 13/1/15, I sent my sister into Barclays Bank Dundee to pay money into my pre paid credit card. She handed them a computer printed slip with bank details, sort code, account number etc on it.

Printed at the bottom was a reference number which clearly states it is required to identify the payees account. Not for the first time have the tellers omitted this, causing problems and having to contact Kalixa to get funds credited.

Unfortuneately my sister is new to this, so she didn't check the receipt handed to her.

I suggest the bank's staff should pay more attention and read what is presented to them..
