"Cold plates"

Had few meals here over past 6 months the past three meals hot food served on cold plates complained nothing done.

just before xmas 15 3 of us had meals drinks spent a few quid plates cold again.

3 of us in on 8th jan 16 ordered 3 meals when served plates felt they had just come out of the freezer,complained told some machine in kitchen has to be kept on what a poor excuse what happened to the oven or a plate warmer

will go back but will only order meal if guarantee plates will be very warm

cant fault the food

don't have this prob anywhere else.
