"Missing quilt"

About 4 weeks ago, I put a quilt in to be washed. After a week went to collect quilt, but had gone missing. Was assured it would be found, and spoke to a lovely assistant who was just filling in for holiday relief, this girl kept us updated for about a week, then assured us that the supervisor or owner would be in touch. After a week of no communication I went into the shop, and the assistant started to call another location. As you can imagine after over 2 weeks you would like to believe the investigation work had been done. I had been extremely patient up till now!

I was assured that the owner would be in touch, still waiting. Then got a phone call to say that we would have a replacement quilt the next day. Two days later and no phone call and no replacement . This quilt was a good quality summer quilt and annoyed its gone missing, however it has been the lack of communication, apart front the first week when a lovely young lady was phoning and explaining what was being done. No supervisor etc has bothered !.
