"How much longer"

I have now found that dealing with ferguson we now get diverted call no longer talk to local office where we had no problem getting delivery and very nice office and working staff very helpfull, being diverted ok staff were friendly but no real outcome of the call last time we called was before christmas and an appoligie was given to the delay and said it would be with me on the 6th of january but it hasnt arrived after todays call told still delay but no date given this time when will it arrive i ordered it beginning of december dont want this to sound if i am moaning but i have been a customer for a long time now and never had to complain before.
