"Baled me out - thanks!"

I ran over a nail as was left with an irreparable flat tyre after watching my daughter's graduation at Caird Hall. The AA patched me up and directed me to national, where the manager Mike, despite being run off his feet with half a dozen customers, dealt with me with calm efficiency and very good humour, replacing my burst tyre with another like for like at a very reasonable price. We were able to join our daughter and family just in time for a family celebration - a big thanks to Mike and National Tyres!.
