"Rude staff member.f"

Me and my family have been loyal customers for three generations. On Monday 3rd. July around 15-30pm.my husband and I were in your Montrose shop. We were not impressed by the one and only lady in the shop who served us. We asked for a cake to be cut in two, we were met with a blank look. My husband jokingly said "I suppose you are not really interested in the story behind this" we were met with another blank look. We left the shop feeling very uncomfortable. We were going to return the next day but could not face another humiliating encounter.

What has happened to the Goodfellow and Stevens friendly service?

I am contacting you regarding this matter so you may be able to stop losing further loyal customers in the future.
