"Zero customer focus"

The member of staff in the drive thru was too busy laughing and messing around (30 May at 21:50) to listen to our order.which was wrong.

No receipt given so we felt we couldn't go back to challenge.

I've no idea if we were charged correctly.

Whoever was Duty Manager should be ashamed of the lack of customer focus from their evening team..
