A review of Premier - Charlie Drive Convenience Store by Flamefree written on Sunday 17th of March 2019
Rude bloke, says his brother is the boss, Doesn't know UPS Access Point ID requirements and is very cheeky. Offered him way more than the required ID to collect a parcel which had MY address, but had my customers name, and was shouted at, demanding he see my customers ID. - customer who lives 13 miles away, does not use technology, so could not send anything to me to show him, which resulted in me driving 26 miles round to collect her ID to show him, then another 26 mile round trip to deliver the goods and then further costs to compensate the customer for all the hassle.
The actual requirements stated on the UPS website are that if the person collecting the parcel lives at the address on the item, then only a copy of the ID of person collecting the item, along with either the tracking number or an email confirming the shipment details is required, which I offered all of, but he still felt the need to make out I was trying to steal a parcel!.
