"VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I've been ordering for delivery (I'm disabled) from China Palace for several years, the prawn curry I ordered tonight was burnt, I did not even need to open the carton to see that.

What's worse was when I called back to complain I heard a woman (I assume the person in charge) saying just say no and hang up.

I've being keeping their phone lines busy as best as I can and will continue to do so until the matter is resolved, it's not a case of a bad meal I can accept that it's a case of handling customer service..
