"UPS parcel pick-up"

Same thing happened to me few days ago. The parcel is with my nick name. The staff requests for an ID with the exact matched name, while the UPS rule clearly allows an alternative address bill. I mean, whoever lives together are either family or intimate friends and they could have receive the parcel in the first place. Eventually, I request for a re-delivery through the UPS facebook page.

An excerpt from the rule:

"Collection by someone other than the named person . AND a proof of connection to the address on UPS label or to the named person (named person's valid ID or photocopy).".
