"Slow service/poor food presentation."

Restaurant not busy, we ordered online at table, received ordered drinks but then waited 55mins for small portion of poorly presented basic food without sauce to go with it. Also had to ask for sweets to be served at same time as it was taking so long.As going to nearby cinema had 10 mins to eat up or miss film.We nearly cancelled order after 40 mins wait then ask for refund to go to a nearby fast food outlet where we still would have had time to enjoy our food.Will not be back..
