I rely on taxis due to my mobility. I had high hopes for City Taxis. Gave them leeway to get settled in their new business. Today I ordered the taxi for 14:45. It came at 14:59. So I changed the pre booked taxi for the return to come at 17:15. It came at 17:40. I was not impressed to say the least. I was advised to pre book to ensure I got a taxi. No point. They are no better than Teles!.
