"Can't shop at homebase"

Can't shop at homebase because I cannot check product availability as there is no affordable way of calling the store. If you have disability it is better to know before setting out you can achieve the purchase of your item. This is not possible with homebase. Homebase must be the last retailer using premium rate phone numbers..
