"Repair to window sills"

Andrew Clark Slaters was engaged to repair two concrete windowsills. The cracks were filled up with concrete but the concrete did not follow the sill profile and they filled in the gap between the window and the sill with concrete rather than a silicon based product.

They didn't even clean the surface but sweared the concrete over the window frame and painted section of sill. Then charged 143 pounds for the work.
