"Ladies toilets in Overgate centre Dundee"

I have had occasion to visit

the centres main toilets 3 times over last few weeks .each time the first available cubicles were full of ( unflushed ) paper / excrement, i did attemt to flush but was unable to do so .when I found and used a cubicle ,I was unable to flush there is obviously an issue with plumbing/ water pressure, it is a sad state of affairs ,also many sinks had no hand wash in dispensers and one was broken ,how sad that any visitors have to see this ,there was no sign of an attendant to complain to.
