"One of the person in the store has an attitude"

I stopped using this store for inpost & vinted due to a reason that one of the person there was not friendly, he was very intimidating he is tall with no hair. He should change his manners when attending to customer! smiling with politely greeting customer would not do any harm, customers will stop going to this store if this behaviour will continue..
